Hello and welcome to the first ever blog post for Middle Mouse Press!
Middle Mouse Press is a literary magazine and small press based in Arkansas and powered by a group of friends and a lot of dreams. Our goal is to break the mold of the traditional literary magazine and be a home for all the work that doesn’t quite fit in anywhere else. We want our contributors to feel unburdened and free to create what their hearts want, no matter their skills or background. We plan on publishing quarterly issues both digitally and in print. We also aspire to be more than just a quiet internet magazine. We want to foster a safe place for creatives of all kinds and engage with our local community too. We believe that in today’s turbulent world, the most important thing we can do is cultivate and support our communities.
